2016 ICESAP conference in Singapore – focus will be on staying ahead of the game says Nigel Gaunt

Thursady October 13, 2016. The third annual Incentive, Conference and Event Society Asia Pacific (ICESAP) conference to be held in Singapore November 30 to December 2 will be a milestone event with the program emphasising the need for incentives, conference and events (ICE) practitioners and businesses to stay ahead of the game in order to succeed in the future said President Nigel Gaunt.

The highly anticipated event brings together leading industry organisations and professionals with keynote speakers and forum leaders highlighting key trends and the very latest advances in technology, innovative products, management practices and exemplary customer service / fulfilment.

Since inception, ICESAP has had a steadfast vision of the future and the need for a dedicated regional and professional approach to incentive, conferences and events.

The annual conference has been instrumental in bringing industry representatives together; an opportunity to learn from and mix with peers but also appreciate ICESAP’s vision and the benefits of membership and sponsorship.

“Attending the ICESAP conference is one of the best things an ICE practitioner or organisation can do to future proof themselves professionally as individuals and commercially as businesses within the industry”, affirmed Nigel Gaunt.

The program is designed to provide attendees with information on a variety of key and relevant subjects that will be sure to keep them up-to-date with latest changes that are occurring on an almost daily basis within the industry.

Highlights of this year’s agenda will be –

  • The challenge of change: the developing role of procurement, the Sharing Economy and disruptive technologies.
  • How to design strategic events that support CSR campaigns while aligning with an organisation’s core business.
  • Insights and analysis on spending behaviour, size and trends of the business travel and MICE sector.
  • Designing incentive programs for the modern era.
  • Health and safety risks: evaluating and addressing the impact of global and regional issues including epidemics and terrorism on the events sector.
  • And many more topics

Nigel Gaunt concluded, “I am confident the 2016 ICESAP Conference and Awards in Singapore will be a highlight on which to end the year and to personalise new ideas and concepts that can improve efficiency and capitalise on marketplace opportunities in the New Year”.
