WE HELPED OUR PARTNERS AT SONY AUSTRALIA SMASH 3 WEEKS OF TARGETS IN JUST ONE DAY!

WOULD THESE ‘CLOUDS’ FLOATING AT SYDNEY’S INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT GRAB YOUR ATTENTION?

Exhibitionco recently partnered with Sony Australia to develop a 13sqm zone to raise awareness for their MDR-1000x headphones at Sydney’s International Airport. We were presented with the challenge to create an interactive, dynamic, modular space which held its own parameters and limitations. The product was specifically noise cancelling headphones and our brief was to create an in-situ setting that would showcase the headphones working in “real life” to show their benefits.

Given the airport location, Exhibitionco’s design was focused around aeroplane noise cancelling and the setting followed suit being ‘up in the clouds’. The floating clouds were illuminated, developed and fabricated in-house with the vinyl floor graphic being directly applied on site and the entire installation going in overnight. The space focuses on the demonstration of the product, giving customers the opportunity to test and trial the product in an interactive and fun space.

Exhibitionco are proud to have done everything for the experiential display from design, build, styling, logistics and installation with Sony reporting three weeks worth of targets were smashed in the first day of the site going live!

The concept of brand and brand marketing is still the same as it always has been: Get someone to like you, encourage them to buy your stuff and then persuade them to keep buying more of your stuff!  Once upon a time the most important factors for brand loyalty revolved around things like prices, location and product selection in comparison to competitors of the same ilk. The platform in which to achieve these results however has changed dramatically.
