EEAA CONGRATULATES BRIAN THOMAS ON APPOINTMENT AS

NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR REED EXHIBITIONS

The Exhibition and Event Association of Australasia (EEAA) welcomes the announcement today that Platinum Partner, Reed Exhibitions Australia (RX Australia), has appointed a new Managing Director, Brian Thomas.

Brian will report to EEAA Board Member, and Reed Exhibitions President South East Asia and Australia, Debbie Evans.

According to a statement released by RX Australia, Mr Thomas will assume the role on 6 November 2014 and be based in Sydney. RX Australia also announced that Simon Lowde would transfer to RX TIME as Regional Commercial Director based in Sydney.

EEAA Chief Executive, Joyce DiMascio, said that the EEAA valued the contribution made to the Association by RX Australia and it would warmly welcome Brian.

“We have worked closely with Debbie Evans and we wish her and her family every success in their relocation to Singapore at the end of the year. Debbie has made an outstanding contribution to the EEAA and was a joint winner of the President’s Award in 2013.” Ms DiMascio said.
