The EEAA Leaders Forum is an annual meeting of the leaders of the exhibition and event industry. The Forum serves as a high-level thought leadership forum which engages leaders from the Organiser, Association Organiser, Venue and Supplier network in discussions which will shape the direction of the industry. The annual Leaders Forum is EEAA’s main event where the most senior people in Member companies meet. The top decision makers and owners will be in one room at one time – there’s no better forum for making an impact with those who make decisions.

ON STAGE AT THE EEAA 2017 LEADERS FORUM:

THE POWER OF DIVERSITY TO FUTURE-PROOF THE INDUSTRY
Creating stronger businesses and making better decisions through diversity.

Libby Lyons, Director, Workplace Gender Equality Agency
Libby will discuss all the reasons why leaders should be champions for gender diversity. Libby is the Australian government’s chief advocate for equality in the workplace and will put the spotlight on the strengths that result from a diverse and engaged workplace – from board level to operations.

THE POWER OF CURATION
One of the key themes we’ll be addressing is the importance of “curation” across the entire event and customer experience. In these sessions we will hear from leaders in event delivery where “curation” is at the heart of their strategy.

MAXIMISING BUSINESS AND BRAND HEALTH – A CASE STUDY OF THE SALESFORCE WORLD TOUR

Stuart Frank, Events Marketing Manager, Asia Pacific at Salesforce will share the strategy which drove the curation of the Salesforce World Tour in Australia. The highly targeted event has achieved 25-30% growth. What can we learn from the design, format, content decisions and activations Salesforce has made which have seen their show go from strength to strength?

Sam Lynch, Project Manager at Jomablue will discuss their work to support Salesforce through their tech-tracking capability. The Jomablue live engagement platform developed to track the on-site visitor experience is at the heart of their knowledge of customer behaviour on the show floor. Through the latest event technology, Jomablue has supported Salesforce in the delivery of their events and this will be an interesting discussion on how we can create, execute and measure engagement and ROI.
