EXPONET ELATED WITH MEA NATIONAL AWARD WIN

By ExpoNet, 8 May, 2013

ExpoNet has taken home one of the exhibition industry’s highest national honours winning the national award in the Exhibition Services category at last night’s Meetings & Events Australia (MEA) National Awards Ceremony held in Darwin.

The exhibition and events supplier was recognised for its outstanding provision of products and services to the conference, meeting and exhibition industry at the gala awards celebration held at the Darwin Convention Centre.

Jim Delahunty, CEO, ExpoNet said the announcement, which marked the second MEA Award win at a national level, was welcome recognition of the dedication of ExpoNet’s team of professionals spread across the company’s branches in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane/Gold Coast.

“After an action packed year to date, we’re thrilled that we’ve been chosen as the winner of this national, industry accolade. This is a real honour for us as our team of exhibition and event professionals work tirelessly throughout the year on over 500 events in some 120 venues in partnership with our much valued clients.” said Delahunty.

“We have dedicated much of our focus to refining our craft in delivering outstanding exhibitions and events, supplying the highest quality products and continual innovation across the spectrum of our products and services.”

The Exhibition Services category was judged on a number of criteria including demonstrated use of creativity, originality and innovation in managing challenges, identifying and responding to opportunities, as well as contribution to the growth and professionalism of the meetings and business events industry overall. ExpoNet was the recipient of the award in the same category and the coveted Platinum Award at last years’ MEA Awards event.
