Harry the hirer, Australia’s leading Parties, Events & Exhibitions products and furniture supplier today announced its 2016 Furniture Collection and its 2016 Parties and Events Brochure.

As part of its overall brand strategy and evolution, Harry the hirer recently appointed a new team of creative stylists to assist with trend forecasting, colour matching and product procurement.

This year’s direction is centered on style, sophistication and cohesiveness across all new product collections. A new colour palette has also been introduced which sees new soft pastels and greys make their way through new and existing product lines. Inspired by trends from this year’s Salone de Mobile held in Milan, Tyler Edmonds, Senior Creative Stylist and Hannah Jackson, Creative Stylist discovered a new aesthetic for the Party and Events industry in Australia.

“Our vision moving forward is to take a holistic approach to our furniture procurement. We aim to create cohesive stories, creating complete collections, not just one off pieces” – says Edmonds

Harry the hirer is in the process of further developing their product ranges, with a strong attention to detail. By keeping the finishes uniform and interconnected, and the proportions balanced, Harry the hirer can ultimately create more complimentary pieces which means more options for clients.

From a furniture perspective, Harry the hirer have a large inventory of strong, bright coloured pieces, however they have recognised that there is a need to add some softer colours to the mix. Pastel colours such as blush pink, soft mint and lavender are really palatable and on trend. Harry’s have adapted some of their existing ranges to feature these colours, but have also introduced some new pieces.
