By Exhibition and Event Association of Australasia, 21 May, 2013

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO MEMBERS REGISTERED FOR SYDNEY HARBOUR EXPO INDUSTRY BRIEFING
AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Thank you for your registration to attend the Sydney Harbour Expo Industry Briefing on Thursday 23 May 2013. We have been advised by Sydney Harbour Expo today, that they are unable to proceed with the briefing due to delays in their contractual negotiations with the NSW Government. This is most regrettable.

In its place the EEAA is holding a meeting for its members to discuss the impact of these delays and the association’s next steps.

The new event details are as follows:

DATE:         Thursday 23 May 2013
TIME:          2.00pm -3.30pm (The EEAA Annual General Meeting will follow at 4.30pm)
WHERE:     North Wharf, Doltone House – Darling Island Wharf
                   Ground Floor of Accenture Building
48 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont NSW 2009

Please click here for parking, directions and map
RSVP:         No need to reconfirm your attendance

Please also note the EEAA Annual General Meeting has also be relocated to this venue at Doltone House – Darling Island Wharf.

The EEAA has been very proactive in trying to keep the industry informed of issues associated with the closure of the SCEC. We will continue to advocate on behalf of members and urge you to attend the meeting which we are holding in place of the briefing from the team at Sydney Harbour Expo.

We apologise for the change of plans for the day but assure you that EEAA will continue to be unrelenting in representing member interests in this matter.

We look forward to seeing you at the meeting and apologise for the unavoidable change.

Regards,

Joyce DiMascio
General Manager
