Are you a bright, high-achieving Receptionist / Events Coordinator available for an immediate start, that has a passion for events and strong attention to detail? International Exhibition & Conference Group consists of a small, hard-working team of professionals that go above and beyond to make all events a success. This role is an excellent opportunity to work in the events industry and work on-site at our Events. Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Manning of Reception desk acting as first point of contact for IEC Group and Brighton Corporate Office tenants and manage relationships with these tenants
  • Managing reception phone calls for both IEC and BCO
  • Visitor and exhibitor database work, including updating of data on the CRM
  • Ordering of supplies for office
  • Managing bookings for Conference Room
  • Managing services for office
  • Assisting in the process of organising events

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well-developed organisational, planning and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member as well as the ability to exercise high levels of independence, judgement and initiative
  • Ability to adapt to new systems, various technologies and tasks with an optimistic attitude
