New time-saving options at AIME 2013 ideal for busy buyers

A new ‘appointment only’ option for buyers has been introduced for this year’s Asia-Pacific Incentives & Meetings Expo (AIME) to give attendees, who have a limited amount of time, more flexibility to organise their meetings with exhibitors over the two day event.

Appointment Only Buyers will have access to the Online Diary but will only be required to commit to four appointments per day, rather than the fourteen which are compulsory for Fully Hosted Buyers. Appointment Only Buyers will also be able to attend all social functions and education sessions.

Visitors maximise their time at AIME with new Visitor Appointment Diaries.

This year, for the first time, AIME is offering visitors the opportunity to set up Pre Scheduled Appointments with exhibitors through the new Visitor Appointment Diaries, a system previously only available to Hosted Buyers.
This will allow visitors to pre book meetings with top suppliers and exhibitors to ensure their time at AIME is maximised.

New Future Events Experience

AIME is at the forefront of new developments within the industry, and this year will introduce the Future Events Experience – a dedicated section on the show floor where the latest event technologies and innovations will be presented. The Future Events Experience will feature live demonstrations of the latest pioneering technology, and presentations about innovation to address industry trends and challenges, as well as other networking and education opportunities held in the space over the two days of AIME.

AIME takes place on 26-27, February at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). Visitors can register for free at www.aime.com.au or it’s $25 at the door.
