Quest Joondalup, located in Perth’s northern suburbs, has officially opened, making it the network’s fourteenth property in Western Australia.

Located on Boas Avenue, Quest Joondalup contains 90 serviced apartments with fully equipped kitchens and laundry facilities, providing a premium home-away-from-home experience.

Quest General Manager – Growth, James Shields said Quest Joondalup is designed to service business travellers in Perth’s northern growth corridor.

“More than 200,000 people will move into Perth’s northern metropolitan area over the next 20 years, increasing the demand for serviced accommodation.

“The Western Australian Government has listed Joondalup as a major driver for economic growth, so we’re pleased to support the commercial environment with our premium offering,” Mr Shields said.

Joondalup Mayor Albert Jacob said the launch of Quest Joondalup is a significant day for the city centre.

“The presence of an established and respected brand like Quest will bring more people into Joondalup, adding to its vibrancy and vitality and further enhancing its reputation as a highly liveable and vibrant civic and cultural destination”.

“The City has been very active in promoting and facilitating development in our City Centre under the mantra of we are open for business,” Jacob said.

“More developments like Quest and the under-construction Arthouse apartments will positively impact the economic landscape, increase our already impressive employment self-sufficiency rates and move us closer to achieving our aspiration of being the capital City of Perth’s northern growth corridor – one of Australia’s fastest growing regions.”

Located between the Joondalup Health Campus, Edith Cowan University, the Western Australia Police Academy and the Lakeside Shopping Centre, Quest Joondalup is located within a 5 minute walk to amenities and services.

Quest Joondalup contains a gymnasium, conference facilities, car parking, valet dry cleaning and restaurant chargeback options. Each room contains separate living and dining areas, smart televisions, air conditioning and Quest’s premium standard of apartment interiors.
