By Exhibition and Event Association of Australasia, 24 August, 2015

As well over 60 leading names put the finishing touches to their plans for the inaugural Exhibition Expo and Visual Impact Exhibition to be held in Melbourne next month, hundreds of exhibition, sign, display and wide format print professionals have already placed a vote of confidence in the shows by pre-registering online.

With a strong track record gained over more than 25 years of delivering the ideas, solutions and technology businesses need to build success, Visual Connections has just launched the new Exhibition Expo, which will this year co-locate with its well-established Visual Impact Expo.

The events, to be held in Hall 1 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre from Thursday 17 to Saturday 19 September this year, had a total of 64 exhibitors locked in at the time of going to press, including leading names, respected niche suppliers and innovative newcomers, and even more are expected to confirm their participation before doors open.

Exhibition Expo, the new expo for trade show products and events, will provide visitors with a wide range of solutions, including the very latest offerings from names like ADI Displays, beMatrix, Display Systems Australia, Exponet, LED Works, Showgizmo, Showtime Events, SAS Signage Accessories and Visionary Digital.

In a move that will increase value for visitors, the show will co-locate with the successful Visual Impact expo, where visitors will see comprehensive showcases of the latest technology, systems and materials for the sign, display and wide-format graphics arena. This will include offerings from leading names like Australian Visual Solutions, Canon, Graphic Art Mart, Jetmark, Mimaki, Multicam Systems, Neopost, Roland DG and Trotec. This will be complemented by a displays from a wide-ranging group of suppliers covering virtually every aspect of the industry including, among others, ADI Displays, Alfex, Australian Laminating Company, beMatrix, Celmac, DES, Display Systems Australia, Epson, Impression Technology, Tommotek and Willenco.

During the event, there will be plenty of activity on the exhibition floor, with visitors able to attend free ‘Windows, Walls and Floors’ workshops to find out how to perfectly apply some of the extensive range of window, wall and floor films available from Avery Dennison, Arlon and Aslan, and also free vehicle wrapping workshops run by Avery Dennison and Graphic Art Mart (pre-bookings must be made for these perennially popular events – email [email protected] to reserve your place).

Complementing this exhibition component will be a comprehensive seminar program, which will this year feature world leading experts addressing topics from building engagement, developing your team and managing change, to building successful social media campaigns, sponsorship management programs and exhibitions.

According to Peter Harper, General Manager – Trade Shows for Visual Connections – the new suppliers’ association for the print, graphics and signage industries in Australia, which will host Exhibition Expo and Visual Impact – visitors can expect to derive real value from the Melbourne events, which are specifically designed to help businesses improve profitability, expand their offerings and create entirely new revenue streams.

“To continue to prosper and grow your business in an increasingly competitive market, industry professionals need to stay ahead of the game – and that’s where events like Exhibition Expo and Visual Impact can play such an important role,” Harper said today.

“We are absolutely delighted with the calibre of names on our exhibitor list for the September show, and believe it will be a very important event for anyone who is seeking the best information, ideas and innovative technologies to help them capitalise on opportunities and build a successful future.”

Exhibition Expo and Visual Impact will run from 10am to 5pm on Thursday 17 and Friday 18 September, and from 10am until 4pm on Saturday 19 September at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Visitors are encouraged to pre-register online for the show, a move which will not only save time but ensure entry into prize draws to win trips to Fiji. To find out more or to register for Exhibition Expo, go to
