Sydney’s first integrated resort, The Star, is unveiled at the Australian Tourism Exchange

The Star, Sydney’s premium events and entertainment destination, today welcomes international delegates to Sydney as a proud host and sponsor of The Australian Tourism Exchange (ATE), 26 – 30 April 2013.
 
After a complete transformation, The Star is exhibiting its now complete offering as the first integrated resort in Sydney. The Star will feature as part of the Destination NSW showcase at booth 109 in the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre (SCEC) for the duration of ATE 2013, the southern hemisphere’s largest travel and tourism tradeshow.
 
The Star will unveil to domestic and international delegates attending ATE the unlimited travel and event possibilities available. From Sydney’s only world class casino, a comprehensive range of on-site accommodation including the five star luxuriously appointed, The Darling Hotel and Spa, access to Australia’s best restaurants and bars, as well as multiple entertainment options from leading acts in the world class Event Centre and the renowned Lyric Theatre, The Star offers a truly unique visitor experience.
 
International delegates from Asia, Europe and America will also experience features of The Star including the Qantas Club evening events hosted by Cherry Bar at The Star. The grand finale of the trade show is the concluding event, “The Last Shout”, which The Star is hosting in the recently completed $100 million Event Centre.
