THREE WEEKS TO GO: Register for the EEAA 2016 Conference and Awards for Excellence

By Exhibition and Event Association of Australasia, 11 October, 2016

Our annual Conference and Awards is just three weeks away and we are looking forward to welcoming you and introducing you to the new International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney).

Our Welcome Reception is EEAA’s official opening event for the Conference and Awards for Excellence, and one of our most popular. Network with CEOs, Stakeholders and other Members in a relaxed environment ahead of the Conference and Awards. The Welcome Reception is being held in the new Exhibition centre of ICC Sydney and you will be among the first to experience stunning new vistas of the city and the wonderful hospitality of the new venue.

Our Conference program is very strong and includes international and local presenters – the sessions will be challenging and topical. In recent weeks I have been personally briefing all presenters and I assure you the content will be outstanding. Our keynote from Steve Monnington about the global industry trends will be a first for the EEAA. His knowledge and insights will be most valuable – don't miss this opportunity to hear Steve.

We also have a very practical sales training workshop presented by the College of Event Management and pitched specifically at young Business Development staff. This has been priced at just $250 for Members. View the Conference program here. BOOK NOW.

And finally, in the evening we celebrate the achievements of our Members when we present the 2016 Awards for Excellence.

A number of guests have asked if they can also register their partners to attend this special Gala Dinner – yes please do.

Check out the details of each of the events below. We look forward to seeing you at our finale events for 2016. We particularly thank our partners who are listed below for supporting the EEAA and our industry. Without their contribution, the Association would not be able to deliver the outstanding program we have for you.

There is one other important project which will be rolled out at the Conference – it's the new EEAA website which includes a directory of all Members and their events and services. See the story below. Please make sure the "Primary Contact", who is responsible for your Member company profile, has registered for the new website and uploaded your content. The deadline is Tuesday, 15 November 2016.
